The Second Part of Your IDBI RTGS Form is Acknowledgement for Your RTGS Transfer which will Be Filled By Your Bank. Bank Provides You the Acknowledgement Slip so that You can Further Rase a Complaint in Case of the fund in Not transferred to Beneficiary Account. 

The IDBI RTGS Timings are 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM on Weekdays and on Saturday the Timings are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. As per RBI guidelines, Money can be Transferred through RTGS System within the Schedule Mentioned.
